DIY Friday | Post #9
Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a great 1st of the month!
I’m super excited to share something with you that I’ve been working on for a little while now.
But first, story…
DIY projects mess up my back. It’s not fatal, but especially if I’m painting a piece of furniture or any similarly large project, I often beg my husband to pop my back pretty much every hour on the dot. Please pop my back?! It hurts!
Have you ever experienced this- or even had muscle soreness after working on DIY projects all day?
If so, you might enjoy the new program I’m working on! It’s called Exercises & Stretches for DIY Addicts.
I am putting together an awesome guide to things that should help strengthen your back and stretch your muscles so they don’t hate you later.
DIY’ing is hard work.
We deserve a break!
Stay tuned…
Also. HAPPY APRIL FOOLS!
Sorry, I couldn’t help it! Doesn’t this seem like something that should be a real thing, though?
And in all seriousness, what actually does help you after you’ve been in a stationary position working on a project? Do you have any go-to treatments?
